Find the mistakes in your feed before they cost you sales.
Your XML feed is all the marketplaces see of your shop. A missing EAN, a price that changed on the site but not in the feed, an image that does not open: the product drops out of the price comparison and nobody tells you. Feed checks your feed every day and tells you what to fix, in plain words.

The problem
Feed mistakes are invisible. Only the missing sales show.
The marketplace rejects silently
A product without a valid EAN or manufacturer is not matched to its listing on Skroutz. No notification goes out. It simply does not show up where shoppers look.
The feed and the site disagree
You changed a price or stock in the shop, but the feed lagged behind. The customer sees one price in the comparison and another at checkout, and leaves.
Exports break on their own
A plugin update, a memory limit on the server, and the feed comes out half-finished or with "Αθήνα" instead of readable text. You find out when orders drop.
What we check
Every product, with each marketplace's own rules
The rules come from the official Skroutz, BestPrice and Google Merchant Center specifications, not from guesswork.
- Required fields
- Id, title, link, image, category, price including VAT, availability, manufacturer, MPN, EAN: whatever each marketplace asks for, with its length limits.
- EAN and GTIN
- Length and check digit per GS1. An EAN that "looks" right but is not never matches the right product listing.
- Prices and availability
- Price format, zero or absurd prices, availability values outside the list, zero stock marked as in stock.
- Images and links
- https, formats the marketplace does not accept (e.g. AVIF on Skroutz), images that are missing or do not open.
- Categories
- Empty categories and categories without a path, which make the marketplace guess where the product belongs.
- Clothing and shoes
- Colour, sizes and extra photos, which Skroutz and BestPrice ask for on clothing and shoes.
- Duplicates
- The same id or EAN on two products: one of them disappears or gets the wrong price.
- The file itself
- Valid XML with the line number of the error, the right encoding, garbled Greek, an old generation date, size without compression.
Compared with your site
Is your feed telling the truth?
On every check we open a sample of product pages, as a shopper would, and compare price and availability with what the feed says.
- Price and availability from the page's structured data (JSON-LD or microdata)
- Pages that return 404 or send you to the home page
- Product pages hidden from search engines (noindex)
- Images that do not open
Polite crawling, always
One request at a time, with a pause in between, up to 50 products per check (adjustable), and we respect your shop's robots.txt. Your server will not notice.
An alert before the customer notices
An email to your whole team when errors jump, when the feed stops opening or when more than 20% of products go missing.
How it works
One link, then nothing else
You install nothing and give us no access to your shop.
-
Step 1
Give us the feed link
The same one you gave Skroutz, BestPrice or Google. Even if it is compressed or password-protected.
-
Step 2
We check every product
Even feeds of hundreds of MB, product by product, with the rules of the marketplace you chose.
-
Step 3
Read what to fix
Every mistake is explained plainly, with instructions for WooCommerce, OpenCart and PrestaShop, and exports to CSV.
-
Step 4
Every morning, again
The check runs by itself every day and shows you what was fixed, what broke and which products disappeared.

Honestly
What it does and what it does not
What it does
- It checks the feed against the published specifications and shows the page each rule comes from.
- It marks clearly the rules the official page leaves unclear, instead of guessing.
- It opens only your own shop's pages, politely and respecting robots.txt.
What it does not do
- It does not change your feed: it tells you what to fix, and the fixing stays yours.
- It does not connect to your Skroutz, BestPrice or Merchant Center account, and cannot see what they have rejected.
- It does not scrape Skroutz or any other marketplace.
